1 cup flour

1/2 cup corn meal

1/4 cup of sugar

2 teaspoons no-sodium baking powder

2 eggs (Use only one yoke and both whites)

4-Tablespoons of powdered butter milk mixed in one cup of water

1/4 cup canola oil

¼ teaspoon of sea salt (OPTIONAL)

Mix ingredients together.  Lightly spray your pan with a non-stick cooking spray and pour

batter into pans.  Bake on 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
