Magickal Faerie
Sabbat Cookies
Make an infusion of rosewater: 2 tsp. rose petals and 1/4
tsp. peppermint 1/4 cup distilled water. Let steep for approx. 15
minutes. When the water has turned a beautiful
pinkish color you will know it has infused enough.
Mix together:
2 sticks margarine
or butter
1 cup
powdered sugar
1 tsp.
vanilla
Pinch of
salt
2
Tablespoons of the above rose water
1 1/2 cups
of Flour (add slowly)
The dough
will be sort of stiff, which is okay. Chopped the soaked rose petals and
peppermint very fine and add to dough. Add 1/3 cup of Oats. Mix well. Use
a small scoop and put onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Magickal Properties: Purification, sleep, love, healing, luck,

Gentle Morning Tea
Here is a yummy tea that you can drink anytime you would like but drinking it on
a cool morning is a wonderful way to begin your day. I designed this tea
combination many, many moons ago, and is something that I use to serve at many
gatherings I had.
Mix
together 1/2 cup of each of the following herbs: Elderberries, Raspberry Leaf,
Rosemary and Spearmint. Be sure to store in a glass jar with a tight fitting
lid.
Use one quart of distilled or spring water and bring to a boil. Put 2-3
teaspoons of tea mixture in a container and pour the boiling over the herbs.
Cover the container for about 15 minutes and it is ready to drink. If you like
sugar in your tea; why not add some faery sugar to it??

Faery Sugar:
Again, store in a jar
with a tight fitting lid. You know how the fae loves sweets and pink. Mix
together 2 cups of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 6 drops of red food
coloring. You can add a little more red food coloring depending on how pink you
want the sugar to be. Mix everything together real good...and store in a pretty
jar. Add a little to your tea and enjoy. *Now I know ants love sugar and are
very attracted to it, but I always walk a little ways from my home and sprinkle
a tiny amount of this sugar on the ground as an offering to the fae, because
they love it so!
You
can use your imagination and make all kinds of infused sugars. You can add
about ½ cup of rose petals to 2 cups of sugar. Place in a jar with a tight
fitting lid and shake everyday for 2 weeks. After two weeks, sift the sugar to
separate the rose petals and store in a pretty container with a tight lid. Some
additional ideas would be: Mint, Lavender and Elderberries.
